You'll get a confirmation email immediately, then a second email with a tracking link once your parcel is on its way. If the first email hasn't arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder before contacting us.

If it hasn't been dispatched, yes — message us with your order number as soon as you can. Once it's with the carrier we can't intercept it, but you can return it once it arrives.

We ship within the European Union. Orders over €60 ship free; below that, cost and timing are calculated at checkout from your address. Full detail is on the delivery page.

We currently deliver across the European Union. If you're not sure about your country, ask us and we'll confirm before you order.

Full-price items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn and with tags attached. Once approved we send you a return label. Sale items are final sale. Details are on our returns page.

The quickest route is to return the item and order the size you want separately, so it isn't held up waiting for your return to arrive.

Measure yourself and compare against the size guide. Our loungewear is cut to sit softly rather than close to the body, so if you are between two sizes, take the larger one.

Send us your measurements and the size you normally wear, and we'll tell you which one to pick. We would much rather help you get it right than process a return.

Care instructions specific to each item are on its product page and on the garment label — always follow those first. As a general rule, a cool gentle wash with similar colours and drying flat or on a line keeps soft fabrics soft for far longer than a hot wash and a tumble dryer.

The methods available to you are shown at checkout, and the icons in our footer show what the store currently accepts. Payments are processed by Shopify's secure checkout — we never see or store your card details.
