Haven't received a tracking email yet?

Orders are packed and shipped as quickly as we can. If it's been a little while and you haven't heard from us, check your spam folder first — then get in touch with your order number and we'll look into it right away.

Tracking shows no movement?

Tracking can occasionally take a day or two to update after a package is picked up by the courier. If it's been longer than that, reach out and we'll check on it for you.
